Videogames Are NOT Evil stamp by Hentai-Sweetie Videogames Are NOT Evil stamp by Hentai-Sweetie
Kids being murderously violent have been going on LONG before videogames were even invented. Yet certain dumbasses want to pin the blame on something the angst ridden teen just-so-happened to be doing at the time like playing some videogame which was most likely highly irrelevant to their violent act. Like at work a few weeks ago I heard an older co-worker talking with the manager about how she heard on the news that some 8 yr old boy hung himself over being bullied. The co-worker said she wondered how a kid could get the idea to hang himself. The manager said “It was probably those video games. They’re evil”. That comment pissed me off, all I said in response though was “No they’re not”. But the kid was getting bullied and thus he killed himself because of those evil little bastards at school and even by 8 yrs old he is still bound to know at least a few ways to kill himself. It doesn’t have to have any thing to do with video games!! And if the lazy ass school staff got off their asses and tried to do something about the bulling and/or help the victim it wouldn’t be that much of an issue. I was playing very gory and violent videogames like Mortal Kombat 2 ever since I was very little (around 7 or so). I’ve even had to deal with bullies in Middle School and yet I’m very non-violent and always avoided getting into fights at all costs and I even watched rated-R movies as a child too with guns and people getting murdered left ‘n’ right. The fact is- if the parents raised their kids so they wouldn’t be heartless assholes who live to make others miserable and windup getting shot for it, or just make sure their teenage son/daughter can’t find their parents “self protection” weapons at home it wouldn’t matter what the kids hobbies are! So those parents really need to find a new scapegoat to try and cover up their shitastic parenting.
:pacman: Video Games 4 Evaaaaaaaaaaaaaa!!!! :pc: :brazensix::pokeball:

If they think violent video games make people violent, then Minecraft makes people expert engineers. xD

Huh, if it was left to my parents, I dread to think where I'd be now. My brother and video games taught me many good morals. :) Schools and parents have a lot to answer for....

I'm totally using this and I agree! Don't blame the video games for making kids evil, blame the parents.

I see a lot of people blame games for being so popular and use it as a scapegoat to get away with their bad parenting. Now I've had a bad family before, and when I was pretty much a baby, my own father had died, and when I started to play games, they didn't have any effect to what happened to me in my life, but I was knowledgeful and smart at that time, but my reputation was later injured by both family and the state I live in.

A lot of people have chosen to take matters in their own hands, but what I will say is that I made it through all that misery and was lucky enough to live through it. I would agree that people with no moral sense or no rules make kids hostile. I try not to do such, but there are many who want to be that way.

I've been through many groups of people, and even one of my family members was gang affilated once before. I had to change groups of people over time, and yet I still run into those conflicts. I used to look to people in my state who were better, then I went to making people out of state, and that didn't work for long.

Sooner or later, I dramatically changed my life when I met a bigger bilingual group of people outside of my country's bounds, and when I did, I ended up changing my life much more than I would ever expect in my entire life.

I can't say why people choose not to do anything about what others do, but in my life, I had a lot of bad experiences. Parents should step up their ways and have rules and better morals and not blame popular things like video games for problems in life.

I agree with you overall.
